This class will include: - Instruction on and demonstration of how to water bath can – so easy for beginners! - Instruction on how to pressure can, with info to ease the mind of beginner canners. - Introduction to the electric canner – who knew??? - Tips and tricks on how preserving food can save you money (including how you don’t have to have a garden to can your own food).
